Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, then delivered within 2 to 4 working days. You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message as soon as your order is on its way. Please confirm it when you get it.
How much is delivery?
Cairo and Giza: 90 EGP. 6th of October: 100 EGP. All other governorates: 220 EGP. Delivery is free on orders over 2,000 EGP. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. Open and inspect your order at your door before you pay. If it is not what you expected, you do not have to accept it.
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Orders outside Cairo, Giza and 6th of October need a minimum order value of 600 EGP and a 200 EGP non-refundable deposit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email Hello@Yeganen.com to start a return and we will guide you through it.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Check your order before you pay. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, do not accept it and email us at Hello@Yeganen.com. If you only notice the damage later, email us right away with a photo and we will make it right.
